Ms. Pfautz began working with a local firm in 1997 when they had just eight employees. The company has since grown to 65 employees and in 2008 was acquired by an international company. C.H.A.R.T. Consulting's services over the years for this company have included employee handbook development and revisions, job description creation and updates, employee training on a variety of topics, management development training, creating a performance management process and relevant appraisal forms, and conducting annual employee file audits. Ms. Pfautz assisted with integrating the human resource function with the new parent company and continues to work on-site one day per week as the Manager of Human Resources for the New England region.



In Fall 2008 Ms. Pfautz conducted an initial compliance assessment for this three-branch bank. Since that time she has updated the position descriptions, edited the employee manual, and provided human resource guidance to management on an hourly basis. In 2009 Ms. Pfautz began assisting the Bank on a retainer basis in order to complete various human resource management projects, provide expertise and direction to supervisors as they manage staff and human resource functions, and be an impartial sounding board for all employees.



During a transition in the human resources area, C.H.A.R.T. Consulting was asked to complete a compliance assessment for this 250-employee non-profit organization, providing recommendations for process improvement and policy and practice updates. C.H.A.R.T. Consulting additionally conducted a Sexual Harassment Awareness training session for managers.



This 12-person, not-for-profit organization contracted with C.H.A.R.T. Consulting beginning in 2005 to complete a compliance assessment, re-write the employee handbook, and develop job descriptions. Ms. Pfautz continues to act as their on-call human resource expert on an on-going basis.



Initially retained in 2006 to complete a human resource assessment and update the employee handbook for a 50-employee non-profit organization, C.H.A.R.T. Consulting assisted in easing the transition during a subsequent merger in 2007 that brought the number of employees to over 100. In addition to being the organization's on-call human resource expert from 2007 to the present, Ms. Pfautz further developed and delivered management training and updated position descriptions. Ms. Pfautz currently serves as the organization's training director on a regular part-time basis and provides recruiting and employee relations assistance and guidance to managers on an on-call hourly basis.
